We liked the studio apartment which was outstanding. There was a handy kitchenette with a dishwasher, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, in the center, and the bed comfortable.

The terrace was a nice place to relax and enjoy the Italian sunshine. The daily housekeeping was a blessing, as I hate making my own bed. Complimentary parking nearby was a rare find during my stay!
Who needs basic kitchen supplies anyway? Buying salt, pepper, and oil for a short stay is so much more fun.

The room was spacious with tall ceilings and comfortable beds, and most importantly, it was very clean. the staff at the hotel was exceptional, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. She informed us in detail about the train schedule changes during the track maintenance in Cinque Terre, saving us from the train-madness and confusion. I would highly recommend Fidelio to anyone visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre.

The room was absolutely amazing with tall ceilings and comfortable beds. Everything was very clean, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was extremely helpful in informing us about train schedule changes and providing details about the area. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and bars. The Wifi was strong and reliable, allowing us to do some work during our stay. a great experience.
The room we stayed in didn't match the one we saw on the website, and it was smaller than expected with no balcony. The shower area was also quite small and the shower itself was difficult to operate.

This place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and more. The owner, Simonetta, was super friendly and gave us great tips on how to explore the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the port. Plus, there were plenty of options for breakfast nearby. The recently renovated room and bathroom were jaw-droppingly beautiful. We loved the two balconies, especially during sunset. The WiFi was great and we could even get some work done. It was also cleaned every day, which was a nice touch. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back!

The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a desk, kettle, and a flat-screen TV. It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having a kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave in the selected rooms. It made it convenient for preparing our own meals. The tile/marble floor in the twin/double room added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The apartment with a balcony, stovetop, and flat-screen TV was a great choice for us. It provided some extra space and a lovely view. We enjoyed the city views from our room and the free WiFi was a bonus. The air conditioning in the twin/double room kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The double room with a balcony was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some fresh air. We appreciated the safety deposit box in the air-conditioned rooms for storing our valuables. The bathrooms were clean and had showers, bidets, and hair dryers for our convenience. The soundproofing in the twin/double room ensured a peaceful sleep.
Personally, I didn't care for the bidet in the bathroom, but others may find it useful.
